A check is a single monitoring execution from a single region. Multi-region checks count multiple times toward your budget. For example: a check with 5 regions running every 10 minutes uses 30 checks/hour (5 regions × 6 executions/hr). Multi-step checks also multiply: 5 steps × 3 regions = 15 checks per execution.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For enterprise plans, we can also accommodate invoicing.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! When you sign up, you get access to paid features for 14 days. After that, you can continue on the free tier or upgrade.

When you sign up, you start with 30 checks/hour and your checks are temporary. Once you verify your email, you get 90 checks/hour and all checks become permanent. Unverified checks automatically expire after 14 days. This helps us prevent abuse while keeping signup instant and self-service.
